Festival wings

Is a mural that I facilitated for a small private festival.

I set up everything for people to easily approach and interact with the art throughout the event.

The invitation to cut out and or paint a feather in any manner to then be added to the painted wings mural.

It brings me so much joy to see the smiles on people’s faces as they get their hands dirty in the paint, and find their creativity.

Some great conversations also happen around the painting table as it created a place to interact.

One of my memorable moments was hearing someone say they have never thought of themself as creative, as they paint a beautifully indicate pattern on their feather.

I told them how beautiful it was, and that everyone is creative, some people just practice more!

It is my passion to create easy and accessible opportunities for art interactions for all people to find and fall in love with their creativity.

I love to see people lit up and even be surprised by what they can do!
