Have something you want to create — but the idea keeps getting bigger, changing shape, or spawning another seventeen ideas?
Seriously Silly Energy is a three-hour creative playshop for taking something loose, exciting and full of possibility and discovering the specific version of it that feels genuinely yours.
Specificity doesn't constrain creative energy. It concentrates it.
You have an idea.
But it could be this. Or maybe that. You could add this. Change that. Research this. Make another version. Perhaps the whole thing could be bigger…
And suddenly one exciting idea has become a cloud of connected possibilities.
You might feel scattered, overwhelmed or strangely stuck — even though you have heaps of creative energy.
The problem might not be that you need a better idea.
Your idea might just need more definition.
When you know what you’re actually making, you can stop trying to hold every possibility at once.
And then something interesting happens:
Specificity becomes generative.
Instead of getting stuck generating endless possibilities about what the thing could be, you can start aligning ideas that serve the thing you’ve chosen to make.
WHEN POSSIBILITY BECOMES OVERWHELM
COME WITH AN IDEA OR NONE
We’ll spend three hours exploring creative energy together.
We’ll play first — opening up, experimenting, interacting and seeing what appears.
Then we’ll move into a more reflective process of noticing what has energy, what feels aligned, and getting increasingly specific about what you want to create.
Come with an existing project.
Come with a vague little idea.
Come with seventy-five ideas.
Come knowing only that you want to make something.
By the end, you’ll leave with a specific, aligned creative idea that you’re authentically excited to bring into the world.
And a process you can return to whenever your creative energy becomes scattered, stuck or overwhelmed by possibility.
Open possibility. Find what has energy. Get specific. Then create from there.
